Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days
of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nail products unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
